Terms
Cancellations & Rescheduling: There is no fee for the first reschedule. A rescheduling fee may apply starting on the second reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot. Cancellations made within this period may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the booking total.
Property Not Ready: The client is responsible for making sure the property is ready at the scheduled time. If the property is not ready upon arrival and the shoot must be rescheduled, a 25% fee of the booking price will be charged.
Weather Conditions: If drone cannot be used due to wind, rain, or snow, there will be no charge for that portion, and there will be a reschedule. We reserve the right to cancel aerial services if conditions are unsafe or illegal to operate.
Turnaround Time: Photos are typically delivered next day but guaranteed 36 hours after shoot. Videos are delivered typically 48 hours after shoot but guaranteed one week after shoot. Rush is also available but will have an additional fee.
Revisions: Photo revisions are typically completed within 48 hours, depending on the request. Major edits, object removal, or reshoots are not included unless caused by our error and may add additional fees.
Satisfaction Guarantee AENG Media guarantees client satisfaction and offers a full refund if expectations are not met. All media produced remains the exclusive property of AENG Media unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, regardless of refund status.
Limitation of Liability
AENG Media is not responsible for: Property damage unless caused by proven negligence, Missed shots due to obstructions, weather, or property conditions, Any indirect or consequential damages related to the use of the media.
